He was innate(p) in 1902 and died in 1968.The main character is named Lenny. Lenny is a big man. Lenny is mentally retarded and is cared for by his conversancy George. George is a small and stubby. George is the only friend that Lenny has and is his savior in every dumb thing Lenny does. George was basically granted the job of caring for Lenny.A few miles from the Salinas River. Close to the hillside banks. In a very nice southern area with a river, mountains, and beautiful sandlike land.The narrator is John Steinback.Lenny was a mentally retarded computed tomography that had a fascination with mice. Lenny and George had a dream of having their own farm with many animals. Lenny oddly wanted mice in his farm. But they had to conk on farms in mold to trance money to fulfill their dreams. But every duration that they would work on a farm Lenny would find a way to get them fired. When they got to work on this farm with many people they met a guy that had the same dream as Lenny and George. There was a woman who was Curlys married woman. She would try to seduce Lenny into a relationship but Lenny wasnt very conscious of it. Curlys wife began to talk to Lenny and then Lenny was petting her hair and with his enormous strength stone-broke her neck. Lenny was told by George that if he ever got into any trouble then he should meet him in safe place.George found Lenny there and shot him in the back of the head.The general tone was calm and at the same time sad.I liked the style because he wrote the story so realistically. The grammar was written in a southern way. Kind of like they do in the southern areas.I think that the storys main theme was a career full of the unexpected.
